Over the past 7 years, I have worked in various settings including non-profit agencies within the Solihull and Birmingham area, a hospice and the Samaritans. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship issues, mental health issues and bullying. I now provide one-to-one counselling in my private practice for adults and teenagers.
